Concussion Research Team
Justin Moody, M.S., A.T.C. (Doctoral Student)
Justin received his Masters of Education in Exercise Science from Auburn University with a concentration in Biomechanics and his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Samford University.
Justin’s research interests focus on neural plasticity post-injury, specifically concussions or mild traumatic brain injuries.
In his free time, Justin enjoys playing the guitar, restoring classic cars, hanging out with his animals, and playing a little team handball.
Robyn Feiss, M.S. (Doctoral Student)
Robyn received her Masters of Science in Sport Psychology from Florida State University and her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Movement Science from Pennsylvania State University.
Robyn’s research interests focus on concussion education and the psychological aspects of concussion prevention and recovery.
In her spare time, Robyn enjoys outdoor activities, gymnastics, spending time with friends, and playing with dogs.
Abby Armstrong (Undergraduate Research Assistant)
Abby is a sophomore majoring in Exercise Science. She plans on going to Physical Therapy school after completing her undergraduate degree, and plans to one day work mainly with athletes.
In her free time, Abby enjoys hiking, reading, and hanging out with friends.
